OZ Bootcamp offers personal training and movement screening using proven assessment
protocols to identify issues with mobility, stability, flexibility and strength that may need to be adressed in
order to be able to train safely.
Once identified through screening we can use the data to predict potential injuries
and work on the attributes required to restore structural integrity to your body.
These assessment tools can applied in either a personal training scenario or in the
bootcamp and group personal training session we offer.
